The personal data included in the Righi.com website is not considered ”sensitive” data, as defined in the law 31.12.1996 n° 675 and its followed changes and integrations. Therefore the knowledge of the data does not need an agreement. Every subscriber has to record formally and to recognize that the information and the data of the Righinet.com website, though they do not constitute a business secret, are property of the same Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A. who commits itself not to use or to deal with them in a way, incompatible to that title. The personal data, in case conferred on the website by the subscriber, or the communications send to him in electronic form, are treated in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular all contents, own of the Righinet.com website or send to it will be treated in accordance with the security measures prearranged by the last-mentioned to guarantee the observance of the Presidential Decree 318/99. The holder of the Information concerning the personal data treatment, collected by the Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A., is the companies legal representative to whom every related communication or notification has to be referred.
Note: (if applicable; editor’s note) The website access guarantees the subscriber the privacy of the identity, that means that no other subscriber in no way can verify which subscriber has formerly accessed and which website path he followed or which information he dealt with.
The subscriber accepts also that the personal identity will be kept by the Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A. with the sole object to create a data bank of addressees for possible following updates or information related to the company. In case and in any moment the subscriber does no longer want to receive further communications by the Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A. or does no longer want its personal information to take part of this data bank he can make a written application to the Righi Elettreoservizi S.p.A. who will undertake to delete opportunely the information communicating it to the subscriber. In any case the rights established by the art. 13, law 31.12.1996, n° 675 and its followed changes and integrations are owed to the subscriber.
In case any passwords to access particular information or website paths are required, it shall be the Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A. to provide it to the subscribers by their own personal discretion. Any attempt to access nonetheless the protected information and any illegitimate becoming acquaintance of these information makes out an illegal adverse the Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A. keeps the right to take action against.
